Problem Reporting Tool
Thank you for testing out our new OnePage genealogy software. Because this is software in progress we appreciate any input that you have.
What to submit:- Problems installing the software. (e.g. "Nothing happens when I click the Launch button on the webpage. I'm using Internet Explorer 4 on Windows XP.")
- Problems that occur while running the software. (e.g. "When I try to open a gedcom file created with Reunion, I get an 'Invalid gedcom file' error. I'm running on Max OS X Tiger.")
- Problems in the way the a chart is layout out on the page.
- Suggestions on what to add to or change about the program to make it more useful, intituitive, etc. (Be very specific.)
- Reports that aren't descriptive enough for us to track down the problem (e.g. "It's not working for me when I make the chart. Help!")
- Problems that are specific to your genealogy. (e.g. "I tried but my grandpa is not showing up and I thought he was in there.")
Note: If you can't figure out what the problem with a specific gedcom or chart, please send us a submission through our contact us link and we will attempt to get in touch with you about what is causing the problem. Be sure to put reason as "Other" and include the word "Beta" in the subject. - Rants/Raves unrelated to a specific problem. (e.g. "I don't like this program. It's no good.")
- Suggestions on what to add to or change about the program to make it more useful, intituitive, etc. (Be very specific.)
Please list specific steps you took to cause the problem so that we can recreate it and fix it.
The more detailed you can be the more likely we are to find the problem.
Also list your operating system (i.e. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Max OS X 10.5, Linux-Ubuntu 6.10, etc.)
and internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2, Safari 2, etc.).
