Shipping

Standard shipping is via United States Postal Service priority mail. You may upgrade to FedEx next day or 2nd day mailing in the shipping options section of your order. Orders are printed and shipped 1-3 business days from when they are ordered. Please note that we do not work on weekends or state and federal holidays.

Prints Damaged in the Mail

All OnePage Genealogy prints leave our lab in excellent condition. Any damage that occurs is due to shipping and handling. We have no control over what happens to charts after they leave our lab. While we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping and handling, please contact us if you receive a chart that was damaged during shipping and we will see what we can do for you.

Dissatisfaction With the Appearance of a OnePage Genealogy Print

Because we do not know how each customer wants his/her chart to look, we cannot possibly judge whether a chart has the appearance that the customer expects. We are not responsible for examining charts, so please make sure that your chart looks the way you'd like it to before you submit your order. What you see is what you get with the charts that you generate - they will look exactly the same to us and print exactly the same as you see it.

Custom Prints

Because we are a non-profit research lab staffed by full-time students, we do not have the resources to do custom jobs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

• Erroneous orders where we are contacted BEFORE the chart is printed. We make sure to check our e-mails before charts are printed.
• Reasonable dissatisfaction with a chart where the problem is our fault.

Contacting OnePage Genealogy

We can be contacted by e-mail on our contact form. Please do not try to call or visit our lab. We do not have any full-time staff available to respond to inquiries at any given time. We share a lab with graduate students doing unrelated research so visitors to our lab and people calling often disrupt their work. We are very prompt about answering e-mails and if there are problems that can't be resolved via e-mail, we will call you.
